Warren N. Miconi ◣
Warren founded Miconi Project Management in 2011 and joined forces with Integrated Project & Facility Advisory Solutions in 2025, after gaining valuable experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, and construction with the world’s largest real estate firm. His unique analytical skills, exceptional customer service, and decision-making prowess set him apart. Focused on preliminary planning, communication, and resource management, Warren ensures clients meet their real estate objectives. He has catered to a diverse clientele across office, medical, industrial, hospitality, and educational sectors, among others.
As a creative problem solver, he excels in critical contract and lease negotiations, fostering teamwork for project milestones like LEED certification and specialized installations. Warren’s portfolio includes managing complex corporate headquarters renovations and constructing retail stores, demonstrating his ability to handle projects of varying scales and complexities. His leadership not only drives project success but also builds lasting partnerships by prioritizing organizational interests and fast-tracked deliverables.
Kinkead Dent ◣
A native of Yazoo City, Mississippi, Kinkead brings a unique blend of discipline, leadership, and a hands-on approach to his role as Assistant Project Manager. A former collegiate and professional quarterback, Kinkead competed at the highest levels of football, developing the strategic mindset and team-driven approach that now defines his work in project management.
After earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Managerial Finance and Real Estate Finance from the University of Mississippi, Kinkead’s lifelong passion for architecture and construction naturally led him into the project management field. His early years working on the family farm instilled a strong work ethic and appreciation for process, a foundation that guides his commitment to delivering quality, efficiency, and accountability in every project.
With additional studies in Agricultural Economics at the University of Tennessee at Martin, Kinkead combines analytical insight with real-world experience to help clients navigate complex development and construction projects. He currently resides in Jackson, Mississippi, and continues to bring a results-driven focus and collaborative energy to the IPF team.
